        This show is a non-fiction TV series on Channel History TV18 which narrates different, unique, inspiring & OMG amazing stories from different corners of India. This show highlights on OMG facts about people & pleases across the length & breadth of India.

        Ayurveda is one of the oldest systems of healthcare which was originated in India. Currently, Ayurveda is being practiced all over the world & having a major role in the prevention of diseases & wellness.

        Idea is to present different principles, procedures & techniques mentioned in ancient Ayurvedic texts which were developed some thousand years back & prove to be amazingly useful in today’s era too.


Theme 
I was amazed when found recently researched new things were already known and mentioned in Ayurveda. This blog is for those Ayurveda lovers who are curious to know about many such OMG amazing facts about Ayurveda.

What makes me write this blog?
       I am Ayurvedic Practitioner as well as a teacher. While teaching classical text I need to make listeners curious [especially young students who are reluctant to read Sanskrit script] in order to create lot of interest. 
     Nowadays people are looking forward to Ayurveda as essential part of their daily routine as well as healthcare system. This blog is for those people who are curiously attracted towards this wisdom of Health & wellness, and also interested to know how Amazing Ayurveda is. 
     In this blog I will try to narrate many astonishing facts of Ayurveda with the help of authentic Researches and references from classical texts. Your curious questions are always welcome, so let’s start...........
